For pity's sake. It's 20 after 9, and they haven't given us a single clue as to who's safe or not. OK, I know it's an hour long show tonight, but come on!
OK.. 9:37, and we have our bottom 3: Sanjaya, Lakisha and.. Blake?!!? And commercial.
How cute was Melinda? Honestly, I think her response to Ryan's question was PERFECT.. as usual. And, while we wait, I'm THRILLED Jordin's safe too!
OK Kids, we have a 33 1/3 chance of being Sanjaya-free for the remainder of the season. Oohhhhmmmmmm.... Ohhhmmmmm... Perhaps if I click my heels together 3 times whilst repeating "There's no place like home"? or "There's no place for him."

Yes!!!! It's about time.Poor baby cryin. I almost think he botched it on purpose. I think he knew he wasn't any good and just wanted to go ot with a bang. LOL. I'm soo glad for Blake and Melinda. They are my favorites. Lakisha just may be the next one to go. she's got to step it up now! I'm now lookin' forward to next week's show! I was gonna stop watching if Sanjaya was still there. Now I will enjoy! Molly

hey people this is ridiculous you people sit here and rejoise that a kids dreams just went up in flames before your eyes and all you can do is rejoyce about it and that is stupid. i want to hear you people sing and see if you could make it that far. because i am not sure that you could. so stop being happy about some one elses dreams being crushed and worry about yours

I'm not rejoicing that his dreams are dashed, because frankly, they aren't. He got incredible exposure on the show, and he'll make of it what he will.
I'm rejoicing that I don't have to listen to him another week. i'm rejoicing that more deserving people will not be ousted because of him. i'm rejoicing because the good guys won for once.
Nuff said.
OK all...we are not bashing the poor kid. Honestly he will have enough exposure with all the talk shows. He will be fine. This is a singing competition, not a pretty smile or hair competition. We have to be a little realistic here..OK. He was the weakest of all the AI's.

I dont' think we are rejoicing because a young persons dreams went up in flames.... We are rejoicing because he is not American Idol material, his voice just isn't that good....
He may make a great performer some day tho, he should go to Vegas!!!
I can't even sing in the shower so I know I wouldn't be trying out....

ok seriously, if mr. anonymous over there that doesnt know how to spell actually thinks that Sanjaya should win, they should have their hearing checked. I mean, its ridiculous that he stayed as long as he did when so many people deserve to still be there (ahem...anyone else thinking Gina Glocksen) Anyhow, I am so happy that he is finally gone!!! I mean, when him and Lakisha were in the bottom 2, I was happy with whatever the outcome would have been, but it being Sanjaya that left just gave me the lift I needed to end this horrible day. I think Sanjaya is now more popular than William Hung was a few years ago and for the same reason, he cant sing. Sure, he did ok one week, but thats because it was a foreign language, maybe he should go sing in Spain or something, he would probably be much better there. As far as the rest go, I will be happy to see any of them win, the rest of them deserve to be there and have good voices. I think the next to leave will either be Phil or Lakisha personally, they havent progressed as well as everyone else and I see one of them leaving next week. Anyhow, it was such a great show tonight, couldn't have been better!!
